Suspension bushes - front-lower-rear and rear-upper-front

Hi,

For the front-lower-rear (Hydrabush) and rear-upper-front suspension arm bushes, I can move them in and out, up and down quite a bit using a lever - is this normal?

I can move them maybe 5mm each way. Actually the rear ones I can grab the suspension arm near the bush with my hand and rock it in and out about 5mm with not a lot of effort.

Here is a vid I took of the rear upper front moving by hand alone:

Do these go "soft" and need replacing? Or do they only need replacing when visibly separated?

These bushes seem (from looking at pictures...) to have voids in them which to me would indicate they are not as stiff as traditional bushes and are designed to allow a certain amount of movement. But how much movement is too much?

Help!

Regards,

Julian
