Not sure if anyone knows this, but I live in Norway, Left hand drive here.Can I get a pair of xenon headlamps from the Uk and put them in my car, or do i need to change something or modify it some how?
You can use the UK Xenons. They have a "touring" lever/switch which flattens the beam. It doesn't give exactly the same beam pattern as LHD lights but as there is no "kick" into oncoming traffic they are fine.
Mine (RHD UK car) passed the Swedish Bilprovning with the lever in the LHD position. The technicians were a bit confused by such a device but toddled off for a second professional opinion and passed the car with no problems.
Norway should? be the same.

Thank you Scwede, I was hoping there was such a lever/switch. I do not think my local LR Mot tester would bother. He did fail my freelander with xenon kit installed, and there was/is 6 too many high beams on it. but as long as it looks factory fitted, I do not think they will bother with it.
btw Scwede, Do you have a picture of that lever/Switch please?
