Susp Amber Warning Light and sticking automatic gearbox

The amber warning light comes on and Normal ride height message comes on but in the winter the suspension then drops quite regularly particulalry when it is cold...?? Also the auto gearbox sometimes doesnt want to change out of first gear and you have to manually change....we have had several bulbs blowing for the rear barke light....any ideas chaps??
