I ORDERED THE PARTS OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARRIVED BUT WERE THE WRONG ONES, THEY WERE JUST PLAIN COVERS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, THEY REPLIED IT IS WHAT YOUR ORDERED, THIS WENT BACK AND FORTH, RANG THEM SO MANY TIMES, NEVER GOT A REPLY, BUT REPLIED WHEN THEY TOOK THE MONEY, I ASKED TO SEND THEM BACK SAID THEY WONT AS ITS OVER 14 DAYS THIS HAS GONE ON SINCE THE 11TH OF JULY, THEY TURNED UP ON DOORSTEP 2ND JULY, I WAS ON HOLIDAY TILL THE 11TH, SO WHEN I GOT BACK I INFORMED THEM ABOUT THIS, THE EMAILS THAT CAME BACK WAS BASICALLY HARD LUCK YOUR'E NOT GETTING A REFUND, I'VE ASK MY BANK TO GET INVOLVED BUT THEY NEED A RECEIPT WHICH SUPER  WONT GIVE ME, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.
DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, JUST CHECK OUT WHAT TRUSTPILOT SAY ABOUT THEM.

As I see it, you can go two different directions. The legal route and keep it professional (could it be a ‘misleading trade description’) or slate them on social media until your blue in the face (if they care). You quite clearly asked Stornaway grey.

When they won't return your calls or emails, and refused to send me an invoice, theres not alot i can do, so i thought I'd alert anyone else to what the so called company is like, they did one man from the usa for over 2400, he asked on a forum if someone could recommended an english lawyer to sue them, Fact is they are con artists who take your money and after that dont give a damn...

Check companies house and see if the address is the same. Take them to the small claims.....

How did you pay for the parts? If they are not responding to your calls/mails etc, and you have not received the parts you ordered, then could you not involve your Visa company?

It’s b ds like this that will kill the internet if it is not policed properly, try talking to Trading Standards they may be able to do something as there maybe others that have already done so  It can when others can't,
