Sorted. Jacked car up ... proved that D4 is too heavy for our drive ( we're planning to redo it as it's 20 plus years since last time it was relayed) as for first few millimetres of movement the concrete flag moved down and car stayed still. Looking at offside rear wheel, flag below that has sunk ... hence car being kept on the bit of wood overnight. ... looks like I'll have to get round to finding a job again so I can pay for drive refurb..

I put my Jack on a wood or steel plate to spread load.
But if the drives sinking from wheels, that's not good. But not that surprised either!
