SUNVISOR Vibrating

HI

I have tried to tighten my sunvisor on passenger side but can only access screw on near side can the far side cover be prized off to access screws I cant seem to do this without damaging cover. Please advise tis driving me mad Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Big Cry
