Sunroof leaking

Hi,

The drains on the sunroof are starting to get blocked how easy are they to clean out for an amateur to do? What parts do I need to change or replace?
Is there anyway to stop the wind whistle while driving as I believe the seal on the sunroof is none replaceable.
It is a 2005 HSE
