Sunroof on D3
Is the sunroof on the D3 properly UV protected? Tried posting this on tech forum but maybe Africans know the answer?

Define what level of UV protection you want?
All glass provides some level of protection, i'll see if I can find the spec

I'm bald too - normally wear a hat though
The sunroof has a sliding shade that covers it if you like, so even in direct midday sun you are unlikely to have any problems. Have you had a close look at one yet?

After years of rubbishing Discos, I'm signing on the dotted line for one today! The sliding thingy under the glass is also see-through (and hence worrisome when it comes to UV's) unlike the competitors (Pajero, Commander) where it is opaque.
