Sump Guards - Mantec or LandRover

What are the differences between the Mantec and LR sump guards?

A lot of you seem to favour the Mantec is it better than the LR version or is it just price?

Should I also be considering additional underbody protection and if so what?

Advice greatly appreciated Very Happy 2012 D4 - SDV6 XS - Firenze Red

England 

LR only supply the winch fitted guard - Mantec the 'without' guard. Guess what Mantec make them both! Loving the power of the TDV8!

As VA says, both guards are Mantec manufactured. However, part of the agrement between LR and Mantec is that the winch version cannot be sold by Mantec outside of the LR chain. Did someone say Cartell........ Whistle The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile
