Hi Ian
Thanks for a terrific day, thoroughly enjoyed it, and thanks for the accommodation tip, can recommend The Pheasant Inn.
We both enjoyed our weekend up in Northumberland and all in support of a great cause, nice to meet some of the team as well.
Pass on my regards to Ian (Flinty99) nice to meet him

Hi Disco dazboy
I just had my winter wheels on with Pirelli Scorpion road tyres and it was fine. I'm sure you will have a great time

Glad you enjoyed it Dave
Thanks for the booking Darren, I've just emailed joining instructions out to you, if you don't have them try looking in your spam folder. You should be fine on road tyres as there isn't anything too challenging but if you do get stuck there are always plenty of people to take photos of you to help you get unstuck.
We will have a load of Jeeps in December As the UK Jeep owners club always come to the December event, so we will probably be running 2 separate events, one for the Jeeps and one for everybody else, so all welcome, the more the merrier and remember all proceeds go to support The Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team. Cheers Ian

Hi Ian, I last did the safari about 8 years ago when I bought my first suzuki SJ, I had a great time as an introduction to off-roading, I then went onto to compete with raiders offroad.
I've just bought myself a nice D3 V8 so I've booked in for the 4th November run out and I'm looking forward to having a little play
