Sudden Coolant Loss

On my way home tonight and noticed there was no warm air blowing through the vents. checked the passenger side and it was the same. After getting home opened the bonnet to check coolant and it wasn't visible. I then noticed a puddle on the RHS behind the wheel after a quick look that side is covered in coolant below but not visible from the top.
So I am looking for pointers as to what it may be need the car as going away in it next week Big Cry

There is a fuel to coolant heat exchanger there.

Hard plastic pipes with snap on connectors

Maybe popped off.

It’s easy to get to.

Need to remove sump guard.

As to the fix, it depend what is broken but I imagine you could bodge something if necessary.

Problem fixed on the two hose's that connect to the heater matrix there is a pipe behind and the clip on said pipe has worn through the heater return pipe maybe worth checking for all you folks out there.
