I Don't have that pocket on my D3 drivers leather seat. But my wife does on the drivers seat of her Freelander 2 S.

Checked mine and no coke, just bits of self exploding sausage rolls and other snacks
that fall between your legs. Might just relocate the torch down there.
Useful for car park tickets and hiding away the wallet.

Does anyone know it's actual intended use though? .... it's not deep enough for anything useful and anything in it gets crushed by your legs...
Discogaz is right in that it just fills up with unsavoury things!
Is it a pocket at all, or just the opening for pulling the leather cover over whatever gubbins makes up the innards of the seat?A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

They were just getting practise for the D4, i.e. pretty useless cockpit storage.

That was genuinely what I wondered....but the passenger seat doesn't have one at all! It would be interesting to hear with someone with a LHD vehicle to see if the pocket migrates across the car with the drivers seat or not....
