I've always had good service from my local Statstones - but I try and speak to he guys on the desk themselves as they know a lot more and if not they talk to the service manager.
It's all about people at the end of the day - though I have to say the parts Prices from LR are going up all the time, even with the discount that I get from them and 3rd party suppliers like Advanced Factors get more and more of my business.
And with iAuto just around the corner from me, I may not be going back for servicing unless the prices are at the very least matched! Mark.

Just having mine done by Stratstones under this offer, it takes 2 days, no hassle so far..seems like a good deal. Don't put it off, go for it!
