Good morning all.
After very poor service 2 years ago I vowed never to go back.
But an apparent new regime and being convinced by a delightful member of staff at a recent Gatcombe event I decided to try once more.
Same response cut off 3 times trying to get a part.
Left a swift response on the office email.
Shocked to receive 2 phone calls the following day.
An assurance it was a technical error with phones and that customer service had been restored.
In short - free rear wiper blade for my troubles fitted, the service manger heard a squeak from front right when turning in - technician promptly took to ramp and test drive while I was left drooling over the new FF & new Discovery.
Retuned to say stone stuck behind brake plate - would eventually work loose?
Also got large discount for 3 rd row mats and gave me 3 door bump stops at trade.
They have now said they would beat any other quote for the next 3 year service package. We will see
Overall a much better service.
Long may it continue ! Learning everyday!
MY 9.5 TDV6. SE. Santorini Black. - gone but will not be forgotten
Now - MY 16.5 Discovery Sport HSE
Waiting for right full size Discovery 4 or 5!

I've always found them pretty decent and friendly. Needed some front arms last MOT time and they were the best quote around, even beating local independents! And last service they booked me in and gave me a quote, so as usual I then rang around to find a cheaper service quote for them to beat...........and they were actually the cheapest!!!
I even had a free selection box from them when I dropped in near Christmas as way of apology for some confusion regarding a call I had from them (even though it was my fault for the confusion!)
