| Stratstone Bury... Excellent work again |
|
Had issues with my gears slipping into neutral  .
Phoned dealers on Thursday to book it in , only to be told they are taking bookings for new year 
Got home and emailed the service manager explaining my plight .Quick reply back saying bring it in first thing Saturday
Just returned from there and they have sorted out gear problem and put on a new battery as it struggled to start this morning ( has been for a few weeks in the cold)
big  to Barrie and the team for excellent customer service yet again... Top notch  G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Nice one Adrian, Mines in on Monday, Just hoping especially with the light covering we have both back home & here in Yorkshireland, They give me something a bit more substantial than that SMART thing they have!  The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Yep got to agree guys.
Mine was in for a job that Barrie had given me a fixed price for with mine gettin abit old now. Gave them a couple more jobs whilst it was there including slipping into neutral and got it back also sorted and quite reasonae price.
Thanks to Barrie and all the guys at stratstone bury. Oh and Mel of course!

Better luck than i had wiggs, mine wouldnt start on wednesday morning, rang Stratstone told the same as you, call out RAC, AA or Green flag was the reply. Got back on here and found A1 recomended, they sorted me out.Next day got a phone call from Stratstone wanting me to book in for MOT and service  .

To be fair, I was only giving them a second chance, & guess what, due to the bad weather, they’ve had to cancel this morning! (Landrovers dont like tarmac, as we aint got snow!)
I thought they were in Bury, not Bude!!
So reading above, they do have 2 service levels, one for valued customers, & one for the rest!
