Strange Noise From Passenger Side in the Engine Bay!!!

Guys,

Had my HSE 4-5wks now and starting to get used to some of the sounds and noises, but one that i cannot work out is a steady whirling type noise coming from the engine bay on the passenger side. At first I thought it may have been a wheel bearing, but it does it during standstill. It doesnt sound like it comes from the engine, but rather something near the engine - really hard to explain in words!!

Any ideas?

How's the weather up there? Cold?

If it's 5°C or less when you get the noise it could be the FBH (Fuel Burning Heater) running?

Does the sound increase in volume when throttle increased, may be a belt tensioner
