Stockport to Southampton - no rush?

Evening,
Anyone planning on going from Stockport (Dalek) to anywere near Southampton in the near future??
A cycle carrier to be transported?
Just thought would check here before arranging a courier?

I'm up and down to Manchester most weeks at the moment - was up there today as it happens.

And down as far as Surrey at the end of next week so might be able to get it down that far - though not 100% sure I'm in Manchester next week yet due to it being 1/2 term. Mark.

bump = sorry been a hectic weekend in the house hunting/viewing department and dropped the ball on this one!
Got a couple of scary quotes back from couriers today so if anyone any ideas - would be much appreciated.
