sticky steering wheel

The top of my steering wheel has gone all soft and sticky. It not even the place I normally hold it (so no smart comments Very Happy )

I am sure I read somewhere on here about problems with steering wheels, is this similar to mine?

Had loads changed under warranty for the same reason. Erm well actually had 4 changed. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
