| Stereo goes to silence - suddenly comes back on full volume |

Hi to All,
can someone help maybe? The vechicle is a TDV6 2,7 SE. I've bought in march from Germany. In excellent condition, 80000 km. Everything is working well, thanks to God.
EXCEPT THE PROBLEM WITH THE STEREO. The performance was:
1. worked fine
2. hardly worked (no reaction to volume button, but there were some volume)
3. nothing happend, completely no sound (the display worked, showed everything)
4. suddenly began to work on maximum volume
than from 1-4. again and again
I changed the stereo head unit to a used one from the Ebay. It was working great - for 2 months.
But than, now this second stereo is showing the same failer.. 
What can cause this symptom?
It seems, that something knocks out the stereo. Allready the second piece.
Has onyone of You any idea?
