*usually*, if ISO wiring, yellow is permanent live & red is ignition switched live, but some manufacturers will transpose them. Earth should be black or brown.
You won't do any damage measuring voltage between any permutation of those wires. Try it. Also measure to an exposed bit of metalwork to identify if the black/brown is iffy.

All wiring okay.
No issue anywhere but the iDcore box issue stays.
Have introduced a power switch to on/off the iDcore box when the problem happens.
