Squeaky Drivers Door

Can someone please shed some light on why the drivers door has started to squeak. It's driving me crazy! Big Cry

It squeaks when I open it, close it, or drive at any speed over roads that aren't smooth. I thought it was the catch and oiled it up but it's made no difference. When I tap (bang) various parts of the door on the inside and out it squeaks! Big Cry

I've done a search and most of the threads point to A pillar trims, mine are tight, don't move and I haven't had the screen replaced.

What do I do? Take the door card off?

Help required and appreciated.
