Split charge fitting??
Hi all,
I am in need of a split charge system for my D4, so I have a couple of questions;
1. What is the best system and battery to fit?
2. Is anyone aware of someone who fits them in Northern Ireland? My auto electrics skills are not great go say the least!

If you are building up an installation - I have a National Luna Dual Battery Controller/Monitor spare.....

PS - in a D3 the Optima Yellow Top fits nicely in by the servo.
I then installed the National Luna solenoids and wiring in there too, all very neat and out of the way.
Cheaper options are available - but I wanted something that also allowed me to link the two batteries to jump start myself at the push of a button on the dash.

Have a look at T-Max. Great system, easy to fit. It comes wit a battery monitor that i FITTED TO A brodit phone clip that also has a push button to link the batteries. Its about £80.
