Speedo Calibration

Hi
probally alrewady been asked, but will ask again. is it possible to claibrate the speedo, to give accurate reading for non standard wheel sizes.
i have cooper leons fitted, 275x(40 or 45)x20. the speedo reads about 10% high upto 40mph (not been able to test above this). Cheers
