Speed of delivery from the site shop !!
A little dissapointed with the communication, speed of delivery from the site shop.
Order 2x items, both items i was told were in stock and ordered on 8.2.10.
Still no sign of delivery or communication from the site to my emails...
Can anyone shed some light on this for me

For anyone who's wondering what is going on here...
An order was placed by Kidz for two items and I was not able to pack the order until the weekend.
I came to pack the order and one item as ordered was in stock, but damaged. This was the last item I had in stock, so I promptly ordered more. This was communicated on 13th Feb.
I have not yet received this stock which is why Kidz has not yet had his order completed.
So there isn't a fundamental problem with the shop, ordering, packing or delivery, just a stock issue caused by a damaged item which I have had to reorder and hasn't arrived with me yet.
