Si vous voulez un travail propre, je ne vois que Newman4x4 ensuite...
Il faut décaisser et les changeurs de boites ZF ne sont pas habitués à cette opération...

Je vais peut être commencer par un changement de filtrer et vidange, comme me le suggère un membre très expérimenté à priori

Ça ne fera que repousser le changement, il faut juste en être conscient.

Mais ds s ce cas, faites une megaflush, plutôt qu’une vidange standard, ceci permettent de rincer tout le circuit et de remplacer toute l’huile.
