Don't forget to look on this forum "for sale" section, some good ones often pop up here.
I always thought, and it has come to pass, that buying from a dealer with some kind of warranty is the best way. I have never thought like that before, always trusting my instinct and knowledge, but with such a complicated vehicle, way out of my comfort zone. I know it will cost a little more, but I have been proved right by my own example. Good luck.
Thanks prof , and I have been scouring the sales section but everybody must be happy with their lot 😉

Looks like a lovely motor well done, our search has not been so good.....I rang one for sale last week but the owner was going away for the week so was asked to ring upon his return, one week of excited waiting 😆(it looked like real gem) and I contacted him asking when we could view.......oh no he said “my wife sold it while I was away” WTF? Talk about annoyed......anyhoo views another one at a small dealers looked nice with full LRSH, nice car, honest but needed cleaning and up for 10K bit more than I wanted but hey ho, took it for a test drive and it drove fine but on getting back to the dealer I offered 9K expecting to finish at 9.5K and the dealer said “if I knew you weren’t serious about buying the car I wouldn’t have offered the test drive” another WTF moment......we walked away from that one.
Anyhoo today we viewed a lowish mileage (89K) ‘07 RR Vogue......first one we have viewed, Monday we collect it, what a lovely car......two owners, FSH.
Yes I know, don’t buy the first.....but wow this was a beauty. So sorry will be needing to find another forum, or maybe I will stay anyway
