Somerset to Loch Ness
Took the fiancé away for the weekend, for her birthday. She always wanted to go to
Loch Ness and i figured it would be quite a nice drive to have going through the great glen. I wasn’t wrong! 1182 miles, 42 gallons of fuel!

Nice photos, but then I like rain! You’ve got a smattering of Glencoe in there.

It’s the furthest north I’ve ever been. I used to go to Stirling and cowie nearly weekly, but going across the glen was a new experience for me. It really bucketed it down yesterday. Lots of localised flooding and the odd car on its roof on the a82

After years of travelling that road, If there had been a monster, I am surprised I never knocked it down.

The monster is usually seen during May - just before the tourist season .........
