[SOLD] Expedition Style Camping Trailer £6,750

£7,500 £6,750 as per starting bid on eBay.

Hi Folks,

Been a while since I frequently the site, but Martin has approved this advert.

Having bought this from a previous member on here, I thought it only fair to give other members the opportunity too . Please note, it's also on offer else where.

After 5 fun filled years of owning this great bit of kit and doing numerous updates and upgrades to it, SWMBO & I have decided that it’s time to quite the camping under canvas lark in favour of more comfortable holidays with washing machines and fixed plumbing, and possibly the occasional waiter service too.

I’m selling it as a complete package ready to be used i.e. you could in theory turn up at my place with the readies and drive off straight to a campsite with only provisions and your camping cutlery/dishes to bring yourself. I am not splitting it and selling off individual items, so please don’t ask.

The tent sleeps 6 - 2 on top of the trailer in a double bed and up to 4 below in the sleeping compartment, which has a built-in ground sheet below. The tent with awning covers approx. 5x5m plus your guy ropes. Yes it’s big, but we’ve never had an issue on camp sites with it.

It takes us about an hour to fully set-up - that's from turning up at site to everything ready for a sit down and drink a cool beer or cook a meal.

If you just want to stop for a tea/coffee or food, everything you need is in easy reach without the need to set-up the whole tent.

The trailer is braked, we weighed it fully kited out, but without water/fuel onboard, and it was 960Kg

Numberplate is a clip on style, so whoever buys it can bring their “square” rear plate and it hooks on securely without the need for screws.

LED reversing and Rear Fog lights, but the rest are original old style filament stop/tail anmd indicator lamps.

There are nearly 100 photos off the trailer and it’s various bits, so apart from the few below, click this link to see the rest. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sxho2kvwgobm54n...ei6Ea?dl=0

Here’s what’s included (look at drop box for photos of these items):

1off Buzzard Industries Off- Road Single Axle, braked, Camping Trailer 18month old KNOTT Hitch
Shovel & Li-Lift Jack
LR Discovery Alloys (3off)
1off Tentco Senior Tent with optional Family Trailer Awning. More info on https://tentco.co.za/index.php/quick-links...iler-tents

1off Coolmax Memory Foam Double Bed Mattress (Double bed on top of trailer) approx. 2.5yrs old

I'll bump it as I know you'll have notifications turned on for this post and it will start to annoy you Whistle Rolling with laughter

Nice trailer, mind.
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

worth trying the expedition ready trailers group on facebook I would imagine it will get quite a lot of interest on there and I'm sure the group admins would be ok if you posted it on there (given that one is on holiday and the other has just suggested posting it on there)

Duc750 - I've asked to join that FB group, so it's pending.

LT you sure that's the correct address? It seem to be a US based seller and I've not found a section to post adverts (yet)
