SOFTWARE UPDATEDS

Hi
Are software updates done free of charge by the maon dealers? i do not have my D4 serviced by the maoin dealer, and has only ever gone back once in the first 6 months for a warrenty claim.
If not done free of charge, anyone around Edinburgh who can do this? 2nr 2012 D4 to update.
