Good morning
I have a 2012 SDV6 HSE
Generally this vehicle is the best Land Rover I have owned. It runs superbly, economical, quiet etc etc BUT.... I have noticed that whilst I am very light footed and happily sit in lane one with cruise control set at 60 on the odd occasion when I have need to accelerate hard I get plumes of whiteish smoke billowing out of the back. Then within a matter of seconds it’s clear again.
Can anyone give me advice on why this might be happening and is it something I should be worried about?
As ever thank you in advance
Clive

At a guess you have not had the oil drain modification fitted to the second turbo
Original design caused a massive oil pool to build up in the second turbo - the one that kicks in under load, giving a nice cloud under acceleration Must stop buying shiny toys....
