Well, I too have taken the plunge and have ordered an XS in Stornaway Grey - I’m sure the kids won’t mind if I spend their inheritance. The only other extras are a full size spare and a tow pack.
It has been interesting browsing the forum – particularly in relation to connecting a camera to the touch screen and activating both voice recognition and 4x4 touchscreen info. My current inclination in respect of the former is to opt instead for a temporary “clip on mirror†type monitor (I want a camera purely for rear view behind the caravan when towing and would want to retain full satnav functionality at the same time). As to the voice recognition and 4x4 touchscreen info, I might hold off for a while as it would be sods law for the stealer to deny warranty support if I need it because I’d interfered with things.
I’m also looking with lust at a FAULTMATE MSV2 - I’ve not had anything similar for either of my previous two disco’s but have an Autel VW Maxscan which has more than paid for itself with my wife and daughter’s VW’s.

Russell, thanks for that. I'll bear September in mind but, for various reasons, that might be the only time we can get away for our main holiday this year. If our plans change I might see you there.
