Some of us only post when we feel we have something significant to contribute
So anyone out there watching, but not contributing in words, you can monetarily (soon) so dont hold back!

perhaps you set a monthly/annual fee for posting, and when paid, add fully paid up member to their profile
you can still let it be voluntary, just a bit of peer pressure Nov '54' TDV6 SE Manual 25,000 miles - Excellent !! Don't buy an Auto until you have driven a Manual !!!!

i didn't mean a fee for every post !!!
just a voluntary registration fee and if you made it monthly it could be a little higher than an annual fee that's all. Nov '54' TDV6 SE Manual 25,000 miles - Excellent !! Don't buy an Auto until you have driven a Manual !!!!

Only 246 views.
On that, a question for martin, is the count for views unique to 1 hit for each user regardless of number of future views? Jim

Martin probably hasn't seen this so I'll jump in (sorry Boss) every time you view a thread it registers a view, so I've probably got about 20 for this thread already The End

Hi MVS, as Si said it registers a view for every time anyone looks at the thread, so 2 visits by one person counts as two views 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
Any issues with the site let me know!

Hey Martin - perhaps we could also trade-in items as part of a contribution system. For one, I would gladly trade my wife and child for disco3 membership. This would also have the benefit of giving me much more time to be out in the Disco without hinderance !!
In all seriousness ~ I would be very happy to become a paying member - the site is of major benefit to owners and its also good fun to talk disco with others !! 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Martin,
Get yourself a PayPal account (or some such) and set this up.
I think the majority of us are here to help and those that don't want to don't have to.
Cheers
