Site members may have become aware of certain tensions on DISCO3 during the past two months. These noticeably affected the atmosphere of the whole site, to the detriment of all site members. DISCO3.CO.UK was designed to help everyone share experiences, comments and ideas about the D3, and enjoy using them as they were designed.
A few members taking sides, and bickering publicly, is neither constructive nor does it help anyone; the outcome is merely grief and upset. I will not tolerate the undermining of DISCO3 by ANYBODY.
NO provocative, or personally abusive, post is acceptable on the site. If you have a personal difference to address, use private e-mail or telephone to resolve it. Treat all site members, and their views, with respect. If you have information that you are not willing or able to fully disclose, withhold it until such time as you are able to share it publicly; there is nothing more frustrating than carrot dangling!
If you have a concern, or take issue with a post that has been made, use the new reporting system . I, and the site moderators, will not take sides in ANY personal differences, and will strongly defend and maintain neutral status in all circumstances. My role on this site is not to judge, but to maintain the site for the good of all DISCO3 members and guests.
We need no more surprises, disappointments or let-downs; let’s continue now to work together to ensure a good information flow, a good social atmosphere and to run and participate, as a group, in some top class events.
I would like to thank those members of DISCO3 who have supported me through the last few months, you know who you are.
