Side step removal and trim replacement

My D3 has previously had side bars/steps fitted and the under body trim along either side has been cut to allow fitting. Is it possible to get replacement trim or do I have to live with the holes (or buy some side steps!)? It looks like the trim just clips into place but it is fitted in behind the front wheel arch trim and looks like it could be a right old hassle to remove/refit??

Cheers

Yeah, J! If you're gonna put protection on the front and the back you ought to do the sides aswell.
