Dont know if someone can help trying to remove side runners or steps removed two bolts from rear of runner and one from front but its still solid can any one help

there are 3 bolts on each side evenly spaced (roughly)
1 on each side is an 8mm security hex bolt the other 2 normal 8mm hex
if you have undo all 3 then it probably needs a wack with a rubber mallet. altough mine just dropped off when the bolts were undone Duncan
