How the i said was i supposed to verify it worked as its only now got COLD
Well they say not our problem as we fixed it " NO YOU DID'NT I SAID" I told him in no uncertain terms that they were a bunch of cowboys !
i told him next time i am gonna save the 3 grand mark up u put on second hand cars and get a Warranty direct policy or similar..
I am now awaiting a call from the Service manager whooo i cannot wait !

Have you spoken to LR customer services, explain the problem with the fault, the fact it was supposidly fixed but this is the first chance you have had to test the heater in cold weather. The fact that the fault has been presviously logged should help and within the warranty period, but talk to them calmly and without ranting and raving at first.MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

You'll never ever get co-operation by shouting and raving, even less if you swear and insult them. Put yourself in their shoes would you assist anyone who swears at you?- as soon as you raise your voice you have lost out.
If you think LR are bad try WD, now they are a joke
As regards FBH I think they are the best thing since EPB, never had any issues with either and cars just had it's 8 year service. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

I agree shouting and ranting never helps. Being assertive and getting getting your needs met yes, but losing the plot gives them the upper hand.
And it's not just landrover you will find this most dealers are the same.
If I was you I would have a meeting with the service manager face to face, and apologise for what happened before, but make it clear you feel you have been treated unfairly. And you looking things rectified without the outrageous costs.

Never had a problem with them at all. I'd defo use WD again. I thought they were excellent. A bit of haggling, perhaps, but well worth the money.PAGODA
