Setting auto door locks without steering audio controls

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to turn on the auto door locking feature on a car without any audio controls on the steering wheel. The manual says this feature is selectable, but fails to tell you what to do if you haven't got any steering buttons. Rolling Eyes

Take it to a dealer, they can plug it in to WDS and select it I believe. Simon may know more, as he had a lot of trouble with this feature early on.

Only way is for dealer to use their WDS / Testbook to set the options.

The issue I had was a missing part that stopped my Settings Menu from appearing this working.

There are quite a few options the dealer can set - Driver Preferences I think its called. Get them to list them for you.

Yes, I can confirm auto door locking can be set by the dealership.

When I first requested this they told me it cannot be done on my Base 7 seat.

However they were wrong, it is now set and I am happy.
