Dear Mr DG,
Thank you for your email as responsible manufacture we will take in consideration the current pandemic in regards to servicing your vehicle.
I can confirm we will accept claims with a grace period of 2 months / 2000 miles (3200 km) post service until we can return to normal working practices. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and our retailer network will be kept up to date.

I’m still working and had mine serviced in April at my Indie.
Luckily didn’t need any other working doing as getting parts from LR is the issue apparently

Mine was partly serviced beginning of March, was booked in for the 27th to complete it, obviously it didn’t happen.
Received this email Saturday,
Due to the temporary closure of our dealerships, we had to postpone your recent appointment in our service department. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We would like to keep you informed as we make plans to ensure that we can complete this essential work as soon as possible.
We will be in touch next week to reschedule your appointment and will be giving you first refusal of the available dates.
But still waiting.

This
Our suppliers hold a vast stock of OEM and Genuine filters, which we still receive next day. no reason why an indy couldn't carry out the service, while still maintaining manufacturer's warranty My D3 Build Thread

Slightly different but related, I got it in writing from my warranty provider (MotorEasy) that they wouldn't have an issue with a late service in the event of a claim. Seemed like a good idea to me.D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten
