The service booklet for my D4 (MY2010) shows an A and B Service.
And that's it. I have a few questions, Imhope the more experienced and brainy people on here can help me with.
1) What work is supposed to be done on each of those 2 services?
2) At what mileage?
3) And/Or at what time interval?
My vehicle has done 133,000 miles. I know that it's had at least 1 belt change, from invoices provided with the D4 when I bought it.
It might have had another since that invoice, but I'd like to be sure, and get one done anyway.
I'm pretty sure it's been well maintained, but a lot of work may well have been done on a cash basis or a "quid pro quo" arrangement.
Therefore, I wonder if the JLR Service Schedule stating what actual work must be done on what service, and at what interval, is readily available?
Can anybody help? I’m a Disco 4 believer. What a vehicle!

Mine came with a full service history including for the service that required the timing belts changed.
However when I looked into it the indy that did it admitted all other jobs had been done but not the belts. The clue was the parts inclded some sundries but not the belts themselves. So be careful when reading history.
I had a go at Land Rover for allowing independants to update the service history but with no undertaking to have done all parts. They apologised but little they could do as Indy have access to the service history system. By way of an apology I got the belts replaced at cost for just over £600 all in.
As I got around £1.5k taken off the price of the car for the belts I am happy. A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.

Thank you so much NJSS! That's exactly what I was looking for.
As an old duffer, and new to the Discovery4 and to this Forum, I have no idea what the "Wiki" is, but I'm so glad you directed me to it. I’m a Disco 4 believer. What a vehicle!
