Took my Audi for 1st service few years ago and the service manager talked me through the 50+ items they had inspected and ticked off. I asked if they had replaced the broken rear light bulb and was told they didn't know it was broken !
Don't trust them one bit.

I rang my local dealer today to buy this pack, the lady asked for my reg number and said no pack was available for my vehicle but she will look in to it and get back to me... guess what..
That is my nearest dealer. I've heard a lot about the second nearest at Ripon LR which I've only ever heard good things about so they will get my custom tomorrow

I rang my supplying dealer today as well, to try and sign up. They phoned back and are going to speak to Landrover as they think I have to deal direct with them.
Hi Simon R-yes it was Lookers at Chelmsford!
I ended up going to "Essex Auto Group", just outside the Ford Research centre at Dunton. They are an approved Land Rover Service agent, and had all the Land Rover Logos, big illuminated signs etc. Goodness only knows what knowledge they have about Land Rovers though!
The vehicle was collected and delivered, nicely valeted and still goes O.K.!
At least they were keen to get the business, which is more than can be said about Lookers. It makes me wonder have these these big glossy places can keep going, they must be taking an awful lot of money from some people!

My dealer actually rang me and offered me the service pack yesterday. Seems like a no brainier. Forgot to ask if it's transferable, never had a car 5 years before but you never know, what on earth could replace such a car ?!Velar MY18 D180 S Narvik

Just phoned dealer and arranged the service pack. HSE, just under three months old, first of the 2015MY. £699 for five years or 50k miles, whichever comes first. No brainer as I see it.
Apparently, I would have automatically been notified and offered the pack if I hadn't phoned in.
