Service History
Does anyone know if the dealer service history records are linked so my new dealer has access to previous dealer records and servcies etc? Or are they all independant? I guess inter group dealers are but how about say Stratsone - Guy Salmon etc? I lost my service book and no one wants to help

I could be wrong, but I am reasonably certain that LR do not have centralised service records. Some other marques do (Volvo for example). It is very surprising that in this day and age they don't but I think that is the way that it is
Service history is not stored centrally like Warranty details are
this is why i say treat your sev book like it was pound notes as it could cost you if lost
one thing we can try is seeing where your vehicle has had warranty work done and then you can try that/those dealers to try to fill in the blanks
Pm me your chassis details TLO has left the building.......

records
when i got my d3 i asked the salesman at guy salmon(maidstone)if he could send me a data sheet showing what had been done in its 2 years of life,a week later i got a printout with all details,ie warranty jobs and service details since new.so i would have thought if you contact the supplying dealer he should be able to help.
sandys/steel side tubes, door trims with bright inlay, front and rear light guards, half chrome mirror caps, mud flaps, chrome finishers on boot and rear bumper step, chrome finishers round gear shift and cup holders, chrome door handle covers.d/4 grille conversion, chrome foglamp bezzells, parrot bluetooth.***sadly missed**********
When I bought my D3 from Lookers B.Stortford, I phoned the original supplying dealer Marshalls Cambridge. The service department was able to confirm the details in the service record that I had, all warranty work and recalls done. Run silent, run deep!! HM Submarines Conqueror, Churchill, Renown, Ocelot, Porpoise, Onslaught.
