Over the past year I have replaced all the suspension components on the car apart from the ride height sensors and the cross link valves, the car goes up and down ok no fault codes but it’s like being in acces over every bump or crack in the road I have also just replaced all the tyres, all pressures are correct it’s driving me mad, I’m considering lifting the car, using the iid to vent all the air then making sure the centre of the guns are at the correct height undoing and re tightening all the nuts holding the arms on as the suspension is so hard, does anyone have any ideas before I proceedRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

What size wheels have you?
On my D3 probably everything in the suspension has been changed at this stage, rear shocks are currently being changed as I type.
A few years ago it was polly bushed and all was well until the following year I swapped from 17” to 19” wheels suddenly I could feel every pothole stone and pebble. My Indy said I should have told him I was thinking of swapping to 19” before polly bushing it and he would have used softer bushes. At the last MOT two of the polly bushs needed replacing so a few were changed for normal and it improved things a lot.
On the original 19” wheelsRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

A couple of questions if I may. Is the ride height currently calibrated to the std spec? When you say you changed all the suspension components, did you replace the struts with originals? Also are the arms and bushes original or some other? What tyres are you currently running? Just trying to get an overall picture of your setup.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
Air bags and struts are Dunlop but they were a vast improvement on the saggy old ones, all arms and links from ADvanced Factors, tyres are mitchelin cross climates, all pressures are standard and the ride height was set with the iid tool, just bangs over every bumpRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

What type of bushes were used? Poly, hard, soft or oem. On mine just changing a few dramatically softened the bumps.
All bushes were oem except for the two front arb I am going to swap these out but the banging and crashing around is front and backRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

That all sounds OK to me including the ARB so I wouldn't bother changing it. The only thing I can suggest is either the struts are not suitable for some reason or the calibration is incorrect. (485mm rear & 465 front)yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
I did the calibration using the iid guided calibrationRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

Did you tighten the lower arm bolts with the car on the ground? There was a similar thread on here a while back reporting very similar symptoms. I can't find it now but worth doing a search in case they ever got to the bottom of it?2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

No the car was on stands, all air removed from the suspension then the front was jacked so that the centre of the hub was 465mm from the arch and the tears to 485mm then all bolts torqued upRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

Technically, I don't think that's the procedure - I believe the full weight of the vehicle should be on the suspension when those nuts are tightened. Then do the suspension calibration to 465/485mm.
Someone more knowledgeable than me will no doubt comment as to whether or not this could be an issue.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
