They haven't fitted the necessary relays - LR claim it is for safety reasons, yet there are anti-trap mechanisms in the windows anyway! A most annoying missing feature, as it can result in an unsecured car - whereas most quality German makes have this as standard (inc the sunroof)

LR seem to have changed policy then, as this feature was on my old P38 Range Rover. Do miss it (the window closing feature not the RR now that I have a D3 )

It is a bit silly, because it is not so difficult thing to install and only a couple of wires. Maybe they found it made the suspension go up and down as well, so decided to not fit it.

I'm sure the LR button on the remote could be programmed to get the car to do a bow / curtsey a la Harrier jump jet.
I was thinking lower front suspension and raise all in time with, lower and raise front windows and flash one headlight (as a sort of wink)

I fitted a gizmo on my Mini to close the roof and windows when the alarm is activated. Got it from NewMiniStuff. In theory, you could buy the same gizmo and wire it to the D3, but you will need to find the equivalent 3 wires in the D3 (maybe contact NewMiniStuff and see if they can assist).
