Anybody had any chance with the company producing the Rovacom Lite ? I tried several emails and never got an answer...
Too bad, they had one solution with a tablet PC which, if it worked on a Discovery 3, would be ideal for my use !
Alternatively, does any one have another solution ?

Rovacom are working on a D3 package, but couldn't give me an estimate of when it would be ready.
They said: "We really cannot give any time frame at all as the vehicle has so much technology in it which still requires a lot of research and investigation."
Will let you know if anything more emerges.

Thank you so much for that info ! I had no success contacting them...
Too bad as they have an offer that is tempting to me especially since yesterday and the announcement of new Mac on Intel platform (Off topic... I know...)

new Mac's running an Intel proc not PowerPC proc... still a Mac and still running OS X.
Still a while off too, 2006 thru 2007 for transition.
Does NOT mean Mac's running Windoze and not Mac OS X.
BIG difference.
Apple's OS, apps and third party apps are where the user experience lies, not the silicon inside.

Sure, but right now I could justify buying the Tablet PC of Rovacom Lite because the One Who Must Be Obeyed could not argue against it "as Mac is going to Intel"...
I sure would not bother her with "technical details"...

I am disappointed in Apple moving to Intel. I have been an Apple owner since out Apple II and Mac user since Mac SE... And have been told numerous times of the benefits of RISC-based hardware... Now Jobs says CISC is the future.
I guess I'm more disappointed in IBM than anything else--they missed their perfomance targets and told Apple to shove it unless Apple ponied up major bucks. Can't blame them, but I'm disappointed. '05 LR3 HSE

Well, could be worse... I "switched" from being an Intel guy for over 18 years on ly two year ago to be told now that the switch back is now mandatory !
