England 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 Base 7 Seat Manual Cairns BlueDiscovery 3

Four hex bolts for the whole seat, at the end of the rails, easy enough to find when you've got the plastic cowls off.

Seat will then come out (remove the cables underneath first).

You'll need to seperate the bottom from the back of the seat.
Once this is done then you'll need to remove the seat covers, attach the heating elements and then put the seat covers back on. Then re-assemble both top and bottom.

Then you'll need to find someone with the HEVAC unit for the switches for the heated seats.

If you need someone to do this for you, speak to 10forcash.
Parts - Nick aka The Large One.

Reckon on a complete day to do it properly - those little rings that hold the seat covers on are a real bugg.er
