I now keep all the emails get informing me of PM's and when I need to search, I just search my gmail account

Doesn't that just show as the same sender though, you still have to trawl the text in every email alert for a PM to find out who it's from, can't see how you can group them?
Binned Outlook years ago, mainly cos the search and organisation was crap - gmail search is ecellent
