Scratched rear bumper

My rear PDC stopped working two days before the car was booked in for the first service. The dealer said they would look at it and upon collection they confirmed that it wasn't working!! Booked in again and after two days they said all was working as it should be. By the time we got home (8 miles), not only was the rear not working but the front PDC had also packed up. Next day while walking round the back of the car I found that the rear bumper has a scratch about 4 inches long on the plastic above the step by the nearside rear wing. It is more of a cut as you can feel it if you run your finger nail into it. I am off to the dealer first thing Tuesday, do I ask them to replace the bumper or is that asking too much? Any thoughts?

Ask them. They will prob do it but charge you as they will say it's accidental.
