Been scammed with this website ! (www.dieselheaters4u.co.uk)
Hi guys,
I've tried to purchase a 8 pins plug on this website (www.dieselheaters4u.co.uk) that seemed to be a serious UK seller. Ordered and pay by card on 26/11 and still nothing received from... Turkey !
As I didn't notice first, this seller is based at Bursa in Turkey.
I know it's a terrible moment in the year for turkeys, but that can't justify such scamming.
Keep away from this seller.
And happy holidays all anyway !

I’ve bought a few things from them without any problem.
I don’t think it’s fair to call them a scammer. There maybe many reasons your bits haven’t arrived.New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

They may not be a scammer but any company that uses a .co.uk web address and a 00 44 phone number whilst not actually being a UK company is being rather deceptive in my opinion. Particularly when they don't publish an address and state that the address for returns will be provided on request.

There's lots of companies that use that particular deception, they can't hide from a card chargeback from your bank /CC provider though.

Plus 1 in buying bits with no issues they also seem to have a good feedback on eBay
Hope the bits arrive or a get refund , maybe it’s just been caught up in the Xmas deliveries , or customs , can’t see what there business opening hours are for the holidays as I know on other eBay sellers they don’t always reply very quickly , fingers crossed for u

Thank you for your support, too bad I'm the only one having this problem, or maybe I'll receive the part later... I was very scarred when I discover the real address of the seller.
According to testimonials above, I've change the thread title.
I'll keep you informed.

This is the reply I just got this morning from the seller :
"The item has been returned to me.
You can buy another item choosing express courier option or you can pay £15 express sipping cost so I can resend it.
Regards Ali"
So, for a part that cost £11.50 I already paid £10 shipping to receive nothing ! And I should pay £15 again for another try ?
The seller just refuses to refund me, so he is a real scammer !

A seller becomes an invoice from HIS shipper/courier as soon as it is sent…
If uk customs, the postal services, or even someone at your door, does not let it through… and sents it back, he/she becomes another invoice for the return postage…. So sending it again wil bring a new invoice…. Just the question: Is it the firms fault or someone at your door or in between…. (Customers NEVER make mistakes themselves… ara ALWAYS home, waiting the WHOLE day 7x24 at home to recieve a package… even sons, daughters, wives, GF’s BF’s NEVER refuse packages.. ….
I am sure it was otherwise in your case… so you maybe have the right to call them scammers…. But still
Most of the time the world is different…or at least more nuanced
Just MHOBest regards

Ask for proof of attempted delivery - and / or the shipping tracking number.
It seems suspicious to me that they got it back so quickly at this time of year....
If you want to go for the nuclear option, get your card provider to initiate a chargeback.
