Sat nav whilst driving - Hidden diagnostic menu

I have seen on this board details of how to enter the diagnostics menu on the satnav by touching the screen in the middle and entering a PIN. I have managed to access this menu but could not see anywhere to enable the sat nav controls whilst driving. Any help would be appreciated. Many Thanks.
