[For Sale] Gap IID tool

I have now sold my Discovery 4 and have a Gap IID which I have no further use for.

I checked on the Gap site and it says it is a version 3, it has the latest available firmware and is in perfect condition, it comes complete in the original box with instructions and lead. The charge to register it to a different vehicle is £30.

£300 including Royal Mail special delivery within the UK.

Can anybody confirm if a Version 3 IID is a G3, I have no idea how to check this. The date on the box is April 2018 if it helps.

Hi,

take a photo of the front of it, it should have a "G3" on it, if not its more than likely a "G2" (which is still worth about £300 !) have a search of the other IIds recently sold and you should see the label

I would say it’s definitely a G2 as I purchased one the same year witch went missing from its box in the car so I have this year purchased the newer G3 witch apparently does the 2017 plus models

What years RR will the g2 support as opposed to the g3?

Is the functionality the same with the interface?
